Vovici Vision 2010 Conference

Vovici Vision Conference logoI attend a lot of conferences (AMA MRC recap, ESOMAR ORC recap, MRA FOC recap, etc.) but, come this May, I will be in Reston, Virginia, for Vovici Vision 2010. I'd like you to think about attending for three reasons: to extend your vision of how customer research can change your business; to see your peers; and to take advantage of free training.

Here are some of the great speakers who will be presenting:

  • Jeanne Bliss, author of I Love You More than My Dog and Chief Customer Officer - Jeanne is another pioneering chief customer officer, and I have quoted her books in a number of my American Marketing Association webinars, including "Countdown to a CEM Program". She offers proven, practical techniques for focusing organizations on the customer.
  • Bob Hayes, president of Business over Broadway - Bob will be discussing his new book, Beyond the Ultimate Question. Bob has made important contributions to customer satisfaction research; in fact, just last week I talked a client out of using the question "likelihood to choose again for the first time" based on Bob's Advocacy Loyalty Index and Purchasing Loyalty Index.

And for those of you who, like my dad, think there are only two types of music, country and western, we will have a concert by Justin Moore, whose #1 country song is "Small Town USA".

For more information on the conference, visit http://vision2010.vovici.com/.  I look forward to seeing you there!
