Jeffrey Henning and the Mechanical Bull

Dave CapuanoIf you read the headline, can you guess what these things have in common? They both played an integral part of Vovici’s 2010 Users Conference, Vision. If you were lucky enough to be there last year, you can testify that it was a great event. If you are a Vovici customer and missed it, you can check out some of the highlights in the entertaining video below.  Unfortunately we didn’t catch Jeffrey on the mechanical bull… but we did capture some of you!

What do we have in store for this year’s conference? We are now less than 90 days away from Vision 2011 and are planning an even bigger and better event. This year’s conference will be May 18-20 at the Reston Hyatt in Reston, Virginia, and the agenda is packed with workshops and speakers from some of the world’s most innovative customer insight professionals. As an attendee, you’ll enjoy two and a half days of education and networking that are guaranteed to help your feedback and brand loyalty efforts. If you haven’t signed up yet, take a look at what we have planned and then register today. You don’t want to miss what promises to be the feedback event of 2011.

Here are just some of the highlights you won’t want to miss:

  • Keynote speaker Don Peppers. Recognized for well over a decade as one of the leading authorities on customer-focused relationship management strategies, Don Peppers is an acclaimed author and a founding partner of Peppers & Rogers Group, the world’s premier customer-centered consultancy. Don’s vision, perspective and thoughtful analysis of global business practices has earned him some significant citations: Business 2.0 magazine named him one of the 19 “foremost business gurus of our times,” and Accenture’s Institute for Strategic Change listed him as one of the 50 “most important living business thinkers” in the world.
  • Special pre-conference workshop given by industry expert, Jeffrey Henning. Vovici’s founder, with over 23 years of experience in the survey and market research industry, will give a Pre-Conference Workshop on May 18, 2011, including sessions on “The Fundamentals of Panel and Community Management” and “How to Design Better Surveys and Boost Response Rates”. Don’t miss your chance to hear from one of the industry’s most sought-after speakers.
  • Keynote presentation from Nancy Porte and Jeffrey Henning. I don’t want to spoil the surprise on this one, but let me tell you, it’s one you don’t want to miss.
  • Speakers from some of the world’s most recognized brands. We are fortunate to have a remarkable line-up of speakers from leading organizations such as American Cancer Society, Inc., AutoTrader.com, Savvis Communications, The Coleman Company, Inc., Pure Fishing, and American Heart Association, Inc. among others.
  • Innovative survey and feedback topics of interest. Receive the latest how-to's and best practices from Vovici subject matter experts covering topics such as “Understanding Panels”, “Managing Quotas”, “Conducting Multi-lingual Surveys”, “Better Surveys Through Social Media”, “Survey Analysis” and  more.
  • Entertaining Networking Opportunities. Enjoy an opening reception at the Market Street Bar and Grill, Pavilion Party at the Reston Town Center Pavilion and other engaging networking opportunities.

Ensure you achieve your key business goals and objectives by joining us for Vovici’s annual user conference. It will be the place for the best and brightest in online survey and feedback management to come together, learn, network and get involved. You don’t want to miss it.
